About Subscriptions

This page explains the important terms of the subscription service offered by Kinkatsudo (operated by MOMO Works G.K., "we" or "us"). Please review it before subscribing.

1. Service overview

A subscription automatically ships the selected product at the delivery frequency you choose (e.g. every month, every 2 months), at a discounted price (15% off the regular price).

2. Minimum commitment

There is no minimum number of orders. You may skip, change the delivery frequency, or cancel at any time.

3. Pricing and payment

Your first and all subsequent charges are billed automatically to your saved payment method at each delivery interval you selected. The price applied is the subscription price in effect at the time each order is confirmed. If we change the price, we will notify you by email in advance.

4. Next delivery and billing date

Your next scheduled delivery and billing date is shown in your order confirmation email and on your customer account page.

5. How to skip, change frequency, or cancel

Log in to your customer account page (linked from your order confirmation email) to skip your next delivery, change your delivery frequency, or cancel at any time. Changes must be made before the next billing is processed to take effect on the upcoming order; changes made after processing has started may not take effect until the following cycle.

6. Returns and refunds

Products delivered through a subscription are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of arrival, unopened. See our refund policy for details.
