Charges other than the product price: A ¥220 payment fee (tax included) when paying at a convenience store, and the transfer fee when paying by bank transfer, are borne by the customer. There are no other additional charges.
Shipping: Free (¥0) throughout Japan, regardless of order amount, region or quantity. We do not ship outside Japan.
Payment methods and timing:
· Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB etc.), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, PayPay: charged when the order is placed.
· Paidy (pay later): approved when the order is placed; you pay Paidy the following month. No fee from us (when paying Paidy, direct debit is free, convenience-store payment costs ¥390 tax incl., and bank transfer costs your bank's fee; charged by Paidy).
· Convenience store payment (Lawson, FamilyMart, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, Seicomart): a ¥220 payment fee (tax included) applies. Pay with the payment number issued after ordering, by the deadline shown on the payment screen. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after the deadline.
· Bank transfer: transfer to the account shown after ordering, by the deadline on the payment screen. Transfer fees are borne by the customer. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after the deadline.
· Subscriptions: the first order is charged at purchase; subsequent orders are charged automatically to your saved payment method at each delivery interval. See About Subscriptions.
Delivery timing: Shipped within 3 business days of the order date (or of payment confirmation for convenience store / bank transfer).
Delivery method: Carrier selected by us (Yamato, Japan Post, Sagawa etc.), by mail (post box) or parcel (hand delivery) depending on size and region.
Returns, defects and cancellations: A 30-day return policy applies: you may request a return within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Return period: 30 days
Refunds: We will notify you once the return is received and inspected, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
