Together or at different times?
Either is fine. If four capsules at once is a lot, split them, for example 2 Lion's Mane in the morning and 2 Cordyceps in the evening. See when to take them for habit ideas.
Which should I start with?
If you can't decide, start with one and add the other once you're used to taking it. Lion's Mane (about ¥66 a day) is the easier one to start on cost. For the raw materials, see fruiting body vs mycelium and Cordyceps sinensis vs militaris.
Can I take them with other supplements?
Taking several products with similar ingredients can push you over the daily amounts. When combining health foods, check each one's ingredients and daily amount, and ask a doctor or pharmacist if you're unsure.
This article is general information about using the products and does not describe any particular effect. Supplements are not medicines. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under a doctor's care, consult your doctor before use.
